Francis Beauvais
Chef Francis Beauvais, a graduate of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, is passionate about the culinary arts. Since arriving in Taiwan in 2005, he has worked at five-star hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental, Taipei and the Regent, Taipei, and has even served diplomats, politicians, and international celebrities, including Elton John, Guns n Roses, John Legend, Scarlett Johansson, and Coldplay. Having lived and travelled extensively across three continents, his culinary style bledns the flavors of France, Italy, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and his native home, Canada.
